I'd like to know if the Miroslav Refills are the same as the IK Miroslav Philharmonik. I only need the strings, which would make the refills far less expensive (I have Reason 3), but I can't determine if the Miroslav plug-in is more comprehensive. In case anyone happens to notice, I posted this question in Instruments, and then someone noted that Squids would answer if he saw it...and I thought, oh year, he has a forum right down the street.

There are some differences in the presets (due to the different sampling and processing architechtures of Philharmonik vs Reason), but it's essentially the same sample material.

I don't really use reason anymore, but I have previewed the Miroslav refills in use & they are (in my limited opinion) absolute quality - the strings are stunning.

I have the refills but not the Philharmonik, so I can only speak to the refills. The strings are really nice and well worth the money.
