I suspect that he's NOT kidding. The presets are kind of hidden in the GUI. If you don't RTM first (which I didn't), you could click around for a while before finding them.

On the bottom left of the interface there's a window with red LED-style lettering. You need to click on that to get the drop-downs with the presets.

Wusik V. 1 has the same type of interface, and this also threw me the first time I went digging into it.

But as for CSR Reverb, great program. You won't be disappointed.

Yep, not kidding. I bought it you see in the Total Effects bundle, and all the others have the preset change menu at top left.

Very nice sound though - only really used the room so far.

Not a lot of presets included, but I think not a lot are needed.
