spinback/powerdown effects for use in ableton?

hi,

i'm pretty new to this lark so please excuse me if i'm making any fundamental errors etc..

i would like to have the option to spin back or power down tracks playing live in ableton [live]

is this possible? and is there anything out there that does it?
