Quick way to create EXS24 Instruments?

Is there some quick method of creating hundreds of EXS24 Instruments where each instrument contains only a single sample?

sorry, i should have specified that i am using logic v5.5 on windows xp 
Those apps you mentioned are mac only. Anyone knows of something for pc?
