I'm new to myspace... how did you change your background?
Log in then go to Edit profile , Band details. Click on edit for bend info and add some html for background first than some html for your band info..

if you are html bozo ( pardon my France ;-) ) no problemo

just google myspace profile editor and you'll find plenty excellent free profile editors

well just think... you've already been heard by 36 people who never would have heard you had you not posted. i'm not into the whole gothic/industrial scene, but i must admit that i liked the beat of this song around the middle when it started chugging.

now where's the instrumental b-side?

i tend to like instrumentals in ANY genre best, but especially in this genre.

the internet is great! screw those greedy corporate bastids who sell crappy prefab music at astronomical rates. before CD, records cost $3-$4 to produce and sold for a whopping $7.98. then they introduced CDs which cost $1 to produce and sold for $15.98! they cut cost in half and doubled the price in one fell swoop. i bet shareholders liked the quadrupled profits... that is, until everyone got sick of spending $16 for a record with only one decent song on it.

i can't wait to post my musical ramblings online for the world to hear free. i used to hate mp3s because of the lower fidelity right when we FINALLY get better 24/96 - 1/192 formats, but now i'm starting to appreciate them for the corporate sabotage they are.

finally, music has become democratic. gotta like that... as long as my family doesn't get eaten that is.

KTHE wrote::help: What site can I go to that would enable me to download a song I created to share with others? :?:

It is a song that has no copyright, and I do not care to copyright it.

It is a song that could possibly offend someone (I went for a horror movie theme and it's about cannibalism). I add that because one site I went to said that songs submitted cannot be about anything illegal. Eating people was illegal last I knew.
Just for posterity I had to quote this. "...last I knew..." Dude. dude. dude.

:hihi:

Okay. Hey thanks a lot peops. Since the first of this post I've added a myspace... actually ended up being 2 myspaces. I DID go to Broadjam. The song about cannabalism is there for .99. Mostly a test run... I want to remix the song. And you know what? You got me so motivated I'm working on building a 'fake site' website that I've got half done.

Went through 'Moonfruit'. I REALLY like this website creator so far, so maybe you'll wanna check it out if you're in the mood to build a website.
www.moonfruit.com
www.kthefakesite.moonfruit.com (not done yet though!)

Wow... I didn't expect so much help.. or motivation with one thread. Thanks a lot :) Been keeping me busy.
