Uh no as a matter of fact I'd love to add this but since there are no such feature in SynthMaker at the moment then I can't do that. Will do that once that feature is added.

Are updates allowed to be considered in the voting?
If so i'd like to have my sound designers make a full bank of presets.. I just figured we were only allowed to work on it during the given timeframe. If we can keep updating.. please let me know!

Afaik you can, but the DC page itself wont be updated, you'll have to host the updates yourself (there's a thread about it).tweakbench wrote:Are updates allowed to be considered in the voting?

I'd say that would kind of blur the rules of the contest. But that's IMO - it's up to Tuz to decide. Personally I based the boundaries of my concept and its featureset on the time I had until the deadline and I won't update until the Challenge is over.tweakbench wrote:Are updates allowed to be considered in the voting?

i will announce updates and stuff but i cannot guarantee that you will be voted based on that. most people already downloaded the first ones, i'm sure. and probably won't see the update announcement in the dc forum. so there's no guarantee. and any updates from now on won't have updated links on the dc d/l page. (i'd sent ben a couple as soon as i woke up. still waiting for confirmation on d/l link updates) other than that we won't accept any requests to update the d/l links. i will however announce them in a locked thread and update links to your websites and stuff. just make sure i know about it.

Yeah.. i'd like to make updates to improve my release.. but I don't want people to vote on them based on that.. or even my promises of that.
What I got done in the time limit.. is what people are voting on.

I wont do any updates nor will I bother with bugfixes.
Anyone downloaded repeatler and used it will be left to his or hers own devices.
I will also take the sourcecode print it on paper and burn it! just to make sure that it will never ever be improved on.
MOHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHHHAHAHA (that was a mad laughter if you missed it)

And you didn't read the first read me file poping up? In it stands clearly that:
7. VST installation
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
This installer will install all the files to one directory. It is therefor a good idea that you install it drectly under your VSTplugins folder to get it working properly. If you want to install it to a different directory then you have to manualy copy the dll's, the documentation, the updater and the wavedata to your VSTplugins folder.

If you simply add an empty 64 slots bank (not asking you to make any presets) + eventually automation support, don't bother for the other three, it'll feel like a finished and useable plug for which I will vote rather than simply a teaser for which I won't vote.jobromedia wrote:Ok it seams like you guys & girls like SANE FM, so here is a candy to suck upon:
