Just a quick shout to you guys, girls and machines.
Ive been searching about on the internet for samples and as usual came across some really, really, poor quality sounds and catalogue filler.
Can anyone point me in the direction of some good copyright or royalty free music that I would be able to sample. Im especially interested in blues, jazz, americana and country.
Anyone?
Cheers,
Shaun-o-matic.

----There's really no such thing as "copyright free", once a person does something and puts it out publicly, it's technically copywritten, so I'll assume you just meant royalty free, since that is closer to a standard, although it is not always the case even on sample cds that you pay for. That said, maybe check ebay for old royalty free sample cds. These days you tend to mostly find loops, or multi-sampled cds, but in the old days, like before Acid came out in the late 90's, they made almost exclusively audio sample cds, and a lot of those had full performance clips of instrumental tracks that you could sample and use in your music royalty free.
