I recently downloaded the Motion 2.8 ver.
It seems to be a pretty complex synth.
I am a novice user, I have not dealt with sequencers yet.
My question is, (Im using Cubase 32) How do I get the timing of the Motion sequencer to match the BPM of the song in Cubase ?
(For example, my song is 120 BPM on the Metronome)
Do I leave the setting to "internal clock" on Motion ?
Will it automatically "Find" the tempo of my song ?
Or do I have to somehow "Tell" Motion what tempo my song is ?
If so, how do I do that ?
There are so many knobs !!!!

Set I/X toggle to "on" and use the "Divide" knob.

in addition to what has already been said, here's another tip...start your recording/playback at the beginning of a measure instead of in the middle of one. motion's sequencers will reset to the first step when you press play/record in cubase, so by starting at the beginning of the measure, it will help make sure that your sequence sounds the same every time.
