Hi, does someone know a website where I can download a free VST plug which changes the BPM from a a soundfile without adfecting the pitch?
I have programs to do that but I want a VST to integrate the time stretch function @ SONAR.

You could try xtal:

It uses the soundtouch library for timestretching/pitchshifting, not the best one out there but somewhat usable at moderate settings.
Or wait for energyXT 2 like everybody else
(not free but almost, it'll implement high quality timestretching/pitchshifting AND will load as VST).
