Yeah I thought it was kinda unstructurized to have the samples in the sounds directory when you just as easy can add them into a subdirectory.

That's very true. It was my own mistake to assume that the samples needed to go in the sounds folder instead of in the subfolder.jobromedia wrote:Yeah I thought it was kinda unstructurized to have the samples in the sounds directory when you just as easy can add them into a subdirectory.

Hey uh if you have some space left on your site would it be possible that you can upload my kits there as well? I have no structurized site so I used a file upload site to temporary store the files there. The arabic and the hardstyle kits will remain under 30 days after last downloaded time, but the tools need a new home really soon since it is on yousendit and they only keep files for 7 days. Can this be arranged?

Sure, no problem! I'm not sure if I get to it tonight, but I'll upload them there shortly!jobromedia wrote:Can this be arranged?

Yo Bram, can I get a stop button, erase individual sound button,
a sample load button, and a extra sandwich with that lunch box.
Anyway, where did you get that groove from, it's the bomb, did you emulate sp 12, or an akai,
I know hammer head was 808 groove like
I'm crazy loco about that swing and those beats, unreal.
a sample load button, and a extra sandwich with that lunch box.

I'm taking notes! Feedback and feature requests are (as always) certainly welcome.sunahura wrote:Yo Bram, can I get a stop button, erase individual sound button,

I wanted to make a tool that you could just hammer away on, and then it should simply record and repeat it all as loops. For the UI I was more than a little bit inspired by the Akai MPC.sunahura wrote:Anyway, where did you get that groove from, it's the bomb, did you emulate sp 12, or an akai,

The grooves were created by listening and finetuning with archetypical beats for certain styles (and ofcourse being a drummer myself I know a thing or two about accents and drumsounds).
Thanks for the feedback!

LBB is an incredible powerful tool that has taken straight a place in my studio's finest assembly! Some features I want:
* Increse the limitations from 10 kits to at least 25 kits.
* Right click to step backward to the previous kit / length / quantization.
* Export to Rex please.

Thanks for the suggestions! Rex is an interesting one.. I'll see if I can find the file format descriptions somewhere (probably have to ask the Props for it).jobromedia wrote:LBB is an incredible powerful tool that has taken straight a place in my studio's finest assembly! Some features I want:

Great fun! Sorry for asking for more, but I would really like the ability to use my normal asio drivers. My default driver (whatever that migh be?) forces me to use a latency of around 35-40 msecs to stop crackling. Takes out a little bit of the fun...

And here is something I'm working on: Lunchbox Battles Kit Maker.
Yes you can now create your kits and send them packed straight to your lunchbox battles sound folder. Some bugs I need to sort out tho.
And another suggestion: Why not add a shortcut key line to the end of each kit? When hitting that shortcut the kit is loaded directly. Let's don't forget that you have a Ctrl key, an Alt key and an Shift key. You can very simple create keyboard combos that you just press to get a kit loaded.

That's awesome!jobromedia wrote:And here is something I'm working on: Lunchbox Battles Kit Maker.
Well.. the thing is, the CTRL-key is used for the Flam function, and the Shift key is used for the mute/unmute channel function, so this kind of limits your palette of options a bitAnd another suggestion: Why not add a shortcut key line to the end of each kit?
