I just started working on this project, but if anyone might be interested in contributing tutorials towards this site, get ahold of me.

None of the links on that page work, its still under very much construction, so theres some things that will be added on/changed in the near future.

I'm eventually hoping to create a user-accessable and submitable audio software tutorial resource. Basically, users can register for free, login and post new tutorials via preset layouts, so it will be very simple for people to post their techniques/tips (e.g. image uploading, basic form-filler outer)

It should be interesting because I havn't seen any audio related tutorial websites like this, and it would be an ever-growing site. Of course, there will eventually have to be some sort of site moderators to keep things in line (in case people post bad content)

But yea, if anyone has any ideas, let me know!

PS, the layout is a bit bland at the moment, I know, the final product will probably look nothing like this (and be titled differently)

Sounds great! I love your subtitle :D

I've been thinking about making some Sytrus tutorials for a while. I can't say when I'll have the amount of time I need for them though.

Nice look! What are you using to create/edit your css? Did you key your html in a text editor? Theres no tabs in there thats why I ask..!

EDIT

I'm thinking that either You Tube video or Flash flvs and or Podcast tuts would also be nice! Also what about some kind of way to give different genres there own section?

This is great!

YES! Video upload along side tutorials, or maybe just a separate section with just video/flash files. Good ideas.

As for the coding, thats about 10 minutes of handcoding w/ good ol notepad. That's just a place-holder more or less though, until I get some sort of outline put together.

Let me know if you need any help programming actionscript (Flash programming language)! I'm pretty skilled in 5 a bit in 7 and have slight understanding of 8..

Well, I'm using joomla as the content management backend, so I'm thinking about giving users the ability to post new tutorials with a WYSIWYG editor. The one i've got runnign up right now, lets you post flash movies via form, so It should be pretty easy for users to upload new tutorials.

I'll let you know when I get the joomla backend up and running, I'm working out the kinks to make it work under this type of structure..

Hope things are comming alone well!
