akai & cdda> nrg images

I know it's possible to make images of akai sample cd's for backup..

but my question is, is it possible to make an nero image (.nrg) of an akia format sample cd that also contains cdda tracks too?

I think they're called multi-session disks.. and it seems nero doesn't do this.. it only makes an image of the akai partitions but not the cdda tracks..
