Ok, I can reliably crash polyana in ext v1.4:
(1) load polyana
(2) attach a midi connection in ext
(3) play on an attached midi keyboard
(4) then while playing, open the gui
(5) profit. er, sorry, that's hard crash not hard cash ;)

The saw wave is the wrong way around: you have to press the invert button to get it to resemble the down ramp pictured on the gui.

Maybe your speakers are upside down? :lol:

hehe - it sounded inverted to me so I checked it with smexoscope and progosc. I'll do a bounce later to check for sure...

It's OK, you're right. (Oh wait, maybe your MONITOR is upside down? :P )

you should definitely not change the shape of the cutoff control input. the input should map linearly in semitones from 15hz to 30000hz for a range of 11 octaves. this is standard in all subtractive synthesizers and is expected by anyone who has ever used them.

i've never used a subtractive (other than very poorly written software) which obeys any other law concerning the mapping of the cutoff parameter.

in xhip i use [A4 - 57] for 10.625 octaves in order to fit keytracking neatly on key frequencies using integer inputs.

assuming A4 = 440

lowest = 16.351597831287414667365624595207
highest = 25820.310523309908445246435271868

Hey everyone, guess what I just noticed? I released Poly-Ana on Oct 10. Well, take a look in my info below at what date I joined KVR!

Like I said, it's been a year. EXACTLY!!! :D

Our PayPal script is PROBABLY fixed now so you should get your keys automatically. Next purchase will be the the first test (and should we still have problems with it, same deal as before, you'll get your key sent manually within 24 hours or almost immediately if I'm online at the time.)

I'm taking Saturday off but the rest of the weekend is working on trying to get you bug fixes before the first of your free weeks start to expire on Wednesday. HOPE to have 0.11 out on Monday.

Cheers.
