in the playlist I have selected some patterns I would like to copy and drag to another location. I know how to select them, just don't know what key to press to drag and I've tried a few. Don't use FL enough to remember this.
thanks!

alt up and down moves them up and down...hold the left click to move them left and right (remember the snap) :)

Once theyre selected I usually copy and paste and then drag the pasted selection to where I want it :)

If you want to copy the selected patterns you need to hold shift down while dragging them.

ok, if I select(using the select tool) a number of patterns, they turn pink
then I press shift and try to drag the patterns, but they change color and won't let me drag them.
can't believe it's easier to do this in cubase...
