The silly part is that I've met on multiple occasions people who actually think H2O and others had a part in production of all their favorite synths and effects like a real company.

dude, my post has been moderated..btw its quite strange, that simple deleting of the post is not enough, but thats only embarrassing for the mods, haha

i straight used the words XXX and XXXXXXXXXXX, cause who dont use XXXXXX those _maybe_ dont shall know what these expressions mean (ok i know these are common words, but you know what i mean)..so its not straight allusion for XXXXXXXX stuff, which on most forums are unwanted..and i understand this, but i gave it a try, maybe if i get some helpful posts

If you look at the style of talking/writing/typing (the way they express themselves with the English language) you can tell that they are not the sort of person who cares, they are quite possibly arrogant (to what extent I am not quite sure at the moment), and morals don't play a large part in their life (this is not just from their warez usage but also just the way they talk).

Just as I, when posting things like this, come across as a know-it-all, and higher-than-thou. I try not to be, but my point is you won't reason with them by telling them someone was lenient with them, because I believe the way the brain works in these sorts of people doesn't factor it in the same way. I'd just ignore him, speaking of which I apologise for bumping this thread. I shall not do so again. *apologetic bow*

I also might be wrong in some of my assumptions, but I don't think so. :)

I gather he was requesting warez. Not only asking for warez on a non-warez site, but nowadays warez users can't even use Google etc to find warez. It's sad, really. I want to use stolen stuff, but I shouldn't have to get off my arse and spend a single joule of energy actually even looking for it. Stolen goods should just fall into my lap...

I suppose if you have the mentality to come onto a non-warez site and ask for warez, then the rest just falls into place.

Yeah, I know. I should know better too. Sometimes it's so difficult not to respond. He's said he's visited the site enough to know about it, but still asks for warez.

The first post was replaced by a song quote - and now we have a whole thread about what was replaced. Seems a little counter productive. It would have been better so simply remove the thread altogether if the content was unacceptable.

...really, I saw this thread when it was in it's infacny. All I saw was a song quote...

hahahah if that is true it is toooo funny. I wish I could have read the original. I must admin that I was a bit confused by the whole thing.

Using the quote format was presumably intended as an indicator to readers that it was not the orignial post but something silly in its place.

I think we stray into ethically questionable territory if the power of forum moderator is used to (apparently) attribute words to forum members that they did not post.

I don't think it is at all obvious from the quote alone. In the context of the rest of the responses you can see what happened - (eg original poster's comments make it obvious that he did not post the wank song).
