I have downloaded some midi efx plugins (vst version), moved them to the vstplugins dir, but nothing happens...
on Devices -> Plugin Information, the plugins aren't on VST Plugin and/or MIDI plugins..
do someone know what's wrong?
can someone post a link to a vst midi plugin that works with cubase/nuendo ?
i think probably the plugins aren't compatible with cubase/nuendo, but all vst midi plugins that i tryed didn't work =(
thanks a lot
(sorry for the poor english)

now they appear as VSTi
the only way to use them,
add 2 track midis (A & B)
A -out-> plugin -out-> B
how to make a MIDI plugin show in the INSERTs of a MIDI track?? (together with chorder, aparche, etc)

to get a plugin to show in the Midi track inserts it has to be an MFX (Midi FX) plugin.
This is different to a vsti plugin that happens to process midi. These are treated like any other vsti's in Cubase. Your only option with these is as you described in your 2nd post.
