David Ross eq10? not on his site anymore

i'm reinstalling all my vst's on my new pc, and i can't find David Ross' eq10 anymore, he's only got the eq18 on there now. Does anyone know of an alternate download link for this?

The name of the file suggests that it's really a different plugin. While it may serve the same purpose, i need the David Ross one to load my projects, you see? I'm giving this one a try regardless, and should it be the one i asked for, sorry in advance
