ttoz, my measurements were very approximate. I hope somebody will make a more precise test.

Your estimate was pretty acurate justified. It seems slightly lighter on the CPU compared to Ambience. It's not easy to make a fair comparison cause I suppose that CPU consumption depends on the settings.
What matters more is that this freebie sounds good and playing with the settings you can dial (besides realistic spaces) some strange robotic effects
For me it stays in my \Plugins\Effects\Reverbs folder side by side with Ambience, Mackie Reverb, Classic Reverb and the xhip one
The only complain is that when you change the size settings some crackles are heard (not major since I rarely automate room size in reverbs)
If I go insane, please don't put your wires in my brain

It is very CPU intensive, but is anyone else finding it especially suited to ambience as well?

That's what made me like this reverb most, those "silky tails" everybody's talking about. and it still uses around the same amount of cpu as Ambience @ 60%, which I beleive is less than 60% of Ambience @ 100% settings. So it's not exactly a cpu hog.

took me quite long to find a free reverb, suited to make my breaks a bit juicier , now i fond it - thanks a lot!
zort!

Doesn't work in Reaper or in Cakewalk Vst adapter. Shame too, because it sounds wonderful (it works in Samplitude).

Any chance of the dev checking into this? I have his phaser and flanger and they work fine in Reaper, and sound quite nice.

Also the plugin causes some errors (although it works) in Wavelab6.

I can confirm that it does not work with the Cakewalk VST Adapter. However, I tried it with DirectiXer and it worked.
