High, the effect has, distortion, crusher, filter, and has a unique wheel interface with a selector for ordering the effects, im not sure but i think the name went something like: sonic destroyer, or destruction, ive searched everywhere but i cant find it. i know its not free ware, does anyone recognize this plug in?

That was TC Electronics' Sonic Destructor. Part of their discontinued native bundle:
