Hey there.
I've got Knotakt 2.1 running, and when I load up a patch in FL6 and 6.4, voice stealing starts happening after only around three or four voices polyphony. This happens when the same patch is loaded into both Sampler and DFD mode.
I would hit up NI about this, but I can't duplicate the problem in Sonar 5.1 or CubaseSX.
This is also happening with Garritan Personal Orchestra which uses the Kontakt Engine , so maybe there's a setting I'm missing in order to use it in FL?
thanks in advance.
For repetition's sake I also posted this on Looptalk, but I am impatient as all hell.

Found a workaround.
I disabled the CPU Overload protection in Kontakt and everything seems fine. Silly though, cause I was NEVER anywhere near 25% for the enitre song.
As long as it works.

"Use Fixed Size Buffers" in the FL wrapper should fix it also.

Yes, this fixed the issue for me. Without it, Kontakt seems to have silly CPU panics (the LED keeps jumping into the red) even when the CPU load is minimal.zircon wrote:"Use Fixed Size Buffers" in the FL wrapper should fix it also.
