Is it just me, or does the release time on the adsr envelope in ToxicIII seem way too short? It seems to only make adjustments in milliseconds. It's so short that at first I thought it was broken. It would be nice to be able to play pads that sustain and die out slowly after the key is released. The only way I can do this is to add long delays. Am I doing something wrong? I've never encountered a release stage like this before.

I'm pretty sure I've not encountered this.
Are you sure that as well as the main ADSR, the individual ADSR's for each oscillator have adequate release too? And also check that the filter is not cutting things off at release stage.

We've all been there. I was working on a patch the other day and adjusted the phase for one of the oscillators, only to find I was suddenly getting a horrid inharmonic noise. After about half an hour of head scratching I realised I'd accidentally whacked the frequency offset up, not the phase, and it had thrown my whole FM setup out of kilter!afreshcupofjoe wrote:Oops!
