yeah, and with freeze, the cpu would go down in all my plugs, significiantly.brambos wrote:Yes, Tunafish does have freeze.hitman8081 wrote:your reasoning sounds like a developer with a host with no freeze function. does tunafish have freeze? and, the big guys do it elegantly.brambos wrote:That's strange reasoning. Freeze only helps so much. Even when implemented really elegantly it will still affect workflow somewhat. The best solution is simply trying to cut down on CPU use. Stick with plugs that are easy on the CPU.
I just needed to point out that your reasoning is seriously flawed. You say Gol expects you to buy a new PC with every new version of FL? How is that? I doubt CPU use went up significantly between version 5 and version 6. The CPU usage is all in your plugs, not in FL.
if my reasoning is flawed then so is yours.
btw dude, what kind of freeze are wea talking about in tuna fish. if its the kind that renders to wave with effects then
in all seriousness dude, i swear to you that im not even close to an amature producer. i know my stuff as far as production is concerned. understanding software isnt my thing though. and if your goona claim that tunefish has a true freeze then it function as stated. no one said being a software developer is easy, and many developers fail sooner or later. and they fail fopr a reason, because the software isnt up to par.
if tunefishes version of freeze is basily rendering a wave. then say tunefish export to wave. as far as im concerned you get what you pay for.
