these guys are selling really good stuff on eBay that sounds like this-
high quality noise free pro samples sounds all edited , processed and keymapped by us.
Copyright -
We hold copyright on these samples as a product but these can be used totally copyright free on both non commercial and commercial projects by the purchaser. We dont ask for credits on releases or projects and you simply have license once purchased to use the samples we sell on your own projects as and when you like.
Now these guys don't have a website or any other information on their sales, has the baby come a lucrative place for people to sell collections of fake sample CDs?
I have written to them and I'm still waiting for an answer.

----In my very extensive experience. If they have no website, and they don't do press releases and do things professionally like that, then they are pretty obviously selling copied stuff. The sad truth is, if it's "royalty free", then no one would ever know or be able to even legally challenge your right to use it, copy or not. However, like anything, once the people making the thing (samples/loops in this case) get ripped off enough and don't get to pay rent, then they stop doing it, and everyone suffers. Quite a few sample making companies/people, allow license transfers like software though, and "used" samples and loops can be legit in those cases if you're buying an original packaged cd-rom. As far as ebay goes, 98% of ALL software below list price on there, is warez/copied, it's that simple.
