I have Kontakt 2 and i just got some prosamples discs
the samples are in several formats
audio
acid
aiff
akai
exs24
halion
wav
which one is the best to use?

Depends on your needs but I found Halion & Akai formats to be easier to import without much conversion issues. EXS24 will work as well.
