it's called spektraFex. it can be found here:

seems cool, but it won't load into Bidule or Fl Studio

It works sometimes in FL, sometimes not. Pretty cool, but unusable

i loaded it into muzys to test it out. i like it, so i tried to get it into tracktion. it got rejected
