Looking for a smooth pitch shifting plug

Something that can be automated fairly fast and still sound smooth. Im using cubase sx3 and the pitch shifting algo for it is god awful. I posted a few tiny clips in an mp3 file from songs that have sounds similar to what im looking for Here

Im willing to shell out for it if what can do it isn't freeware and I already have reaktor, so if there's a cool ens that pulls it off let me know. thanks!

the turntable effect can be achieved simply with resampling, if you arent worried about separate control over pitch and time. try tapestop or glitch, sure there'll be something in reaktor too.
