Samples/sounds/presets/etc. specifically for EBM???

well the Matrix disc is just an audio sample cd of tunes from Haujobb's solutions for a small planet.
for doing 'hellektro' especially if you're referencing acts like unter null, agonoize, SITD, etc. you're pretty much looking for vanguard and v-station banks.
you can find free and pay banks all over the place on this forum.
then there's also Viral outbreak which is a huge sample set of the access virus another staple used in EBM.
(vnv nation, Icon of Coil, suicide commando, E-craft, etc.)
viral outbreak can actually be found in threads in this very section of the forum AND there's a free demo version availible for your soft samplers.
for drum sounds pretty much just hard trance with some distortion.
although if you're looking for suicide commando circa mindstrip drums it's a roland spd-20 drumpad run through a boss DS-1 distortion. (not kidding)
hopefully this is some great use for you.

yeah it's remixes from solutions on disc 1, and the samples on disc 2.
the reason why i gave the warning is because you'll really want to chop them up or essentially you're using for example, the bassline to 'antimatter' or the drumloop from 'cleaned visions'
