ok heres the thing, i got this one long sound (pad)that when i push down the key long, it makes a continuous sound that goes up and down in pitch and volume. Theres a specific sound that i want to isolate, so i can just play that specific part. Can anyone tell me on a snythisizer what knobs would i have to adjust to do it?
Cause when i try to use it in my step sequencer and try to make a patteren , it keeps on taking the whole entire sound as if i had the key pressed down none stop.

The easy way (imo): Render the sound to audio, trim away the part(s) you don't want in an audio editor, chuck it back in. Result!

Yes i know that, but rather then take the easy way out, I rather learn the other way so i know how to use the synthesizer and others. I tried playing with the knobs and everything and i still can figure it out (mabe theres something im missing)

Omg all i want is help, you dont have to be so selfish and mean, so no one can help me out, so far no one has been able to help me. Besides i would think im in the right section cause im trying to get an effect, not a loop. Pls ignore above comment!

it seems you don't realize the screenshot you posted exposes you as a WAREZ user...
... to be careful: this isn't tolerated here.

grab freeware (host and plugins), take yr time understanding yr equipment...

... and then post yr question.

ya but i already had that synth for like 3 months and i just cant seem to figure it out, ive been tryin to understand it, but just cant figure it out.

then look for a freeware synth that is less complex
to understand the basics of synth programming.

but at first grab a free host...
