I just saw recently that Dell has their 30" LCD Monitor for $1274! I've been happy with my Sony 23", but... wow, that's cheap for a 30 - less than what I paid for my Sony :/
Early Christmas present...?

haha no doubt. can you imagine trying to maintain it all? can you imagine his electric bill?
he's as oldschool as they come I guess, very talented guy tons of gear. i'm sure he doesn't use it all and probably just collects things that have lots of LEDs, illuminated pots, pads, etc, for effect
we didn't see his big moog modular system anywhere in that pic either, which he is seen all over his site wiring/programming
this is probably just one of many rooms in his lair.
the decorations own though, it's a sight to behold. can you imagine what it would look like playing something that made all those lights do tricks?
wow.
i think this guy is the winner of the most insane setup. he gets my vote anyway.
has anyone been able to find any of his music? i was hoping to hear what someone like that would write/sound like.

There are lots of pics of his studio on the synthesizers.com forum. He's been doing this for some time and has released a number of things. There are some clips on this page:grymmjack wrote:haha no doubt. can you imagine trying to maintain it all? can you imagine his electric bill?

That 360 doesn't begin to give an impression of what he has. His modular is far more than just a Moog...nicknamed "Wallhalla", it combines stuff from a number of manufacturers.
