Livelice and Reaper

LiveSlice is a great vst/vsti sampler/slicer/rearranger that should be a good companion to the workflow of Reaper. It works and plays fine in Reaper. The problem is when saving the project, it wont remember the samples that was imported to it. This leaves it unusable for longer projects .
I dont know if this is a problem of Reaper or LiveSlice, but it works fine in Ableton Live and FL Studio. Anyone have any idea of what the problem might be?

Sounds like Reaper does not save the whole bank of presets when saving a project. There should be an option to set that somewhere. Some hosts only save the active preset, and in LiveSlice, this will skip the audio data. When you find the option in Reaper, please post the solution here, and I'll add it to the manual, thanks. (sorry I don't want to install yet another host if it's not absolutely neccesary)

ISTR that Reaper does not save (or perhaps load) VST(i) banks properly (at least it didn't in September).

Worth raising on the Reaper forum, in the Bug Reports section.

I have just seen that someone porposed a workaround: load energyXT VSTi into Reaper then load LiveSlice into eXT,
- save the eXt project

Reaper handles .fxps OK though

Reaper and LiveSlice are now buddies Problems fixed only hours after I mentioned it on the Reaper forum. Now im looking forward to LS 1.5 and the much anticipated stretch function.

oh, and I forgot to mention, if you want to put it in the manual. If you want LiveSlice to work correctly you have to check "save as bank" under plug-ins/vst in preferences.
