I'm not too concerned about how these samples are used. Although, I am against using samples to harm innocent people. We'll say they belong under the Creative Commons Sampling Plus 1.0 License.

I like to think of that stuff as de-sterilizing the samples... gives them a little character. Might as well put a positive spin on it, no point stressing over things that can't be controlled.

That's a good way to look at it Genetic, most of the time the things are too distant to worry about 
Apart from microlights, they fly low and slow, grrr

Yup sure makes sampling more fun.
Especially grrring at the microlights.
