Firstly, if this is the wrong place to post this then please forgive me and move or delete this post.
I am a practical person who is desperately in need of the following solution;
A modular MIDI Module Performance Plugin - a plugin that can address modules like the Yamaha Motif, Waldorf Microwave, Roland XV-3080, microKORG and others.
The idea is that when I open up my project and the plugin loads it will dump the performance setup to the relevant module/synth telling it which patches to play on the different channels.
It would be great if the plugin is VST. As a Pro Tools Le user I can use the RTAS wrapper so no problems there.
I have tons of ideas for features if anyone is up to the challenge and also fell that this could be a commercially viable product.
I have recently spent a bit of money on third party applications that just complicate my workflow and would be more than willing to pay for a plugin that makes my life more practical.
Is anyone up to this challenge?

you can send midi sysex with most hosts, that is what you really want to do I think.
