Added to my collection of your music. I like that snare drum! Otherwise, it doesn't sound very different from some of the other tracks of yours I have. However, if I hear that sound in a track I definitely associate it with you.SleepyP wrote:here's my new one:

Thank you for the track!

hey eXT-community!
started a track 2 hours ago (using only xt)
i hope there's someone that likes as it is
NOT a very electronic track...
http://kollektiv.nui-kaona.com/wakka.ph ... ter_02.ogg
is there anyone else using XT for rather acoustic music but with the use of VST's?
edit: this one's made with eXT too:

hehe, thats nice of you, I didn't know anyone on here even knew I made music! Actually, the working title for this new thing I started last night is "God Of Worthlessness", cribbed from your sig. I pretty much always change my working titles once I figure out what songs are actually about, just was how I felt when making the new thing and its a cool phrasedruid wrote:Added to my collection of your music. Tsk, I told you through that last.fm messenger that I was the guy who posted on KVR :P. I just got bored one day on KVR and chose a random couple of people to click on their homepage and check their music. I went to your soundclick page .. and died of shock. So I picked out the ones listed under industrial, or that seemed to have cool names, and went with that. I went through a phase of every second track being yours (well, more or less), that's why I was a top player of yours for a couple of weeks there on last.fm. Thanks for listening to my story. :)SleepyP wrote:hehe, thats nice of you, I didn't know anyone on here even knew I made music! Hi all,
I am quite new to this forum, and this is my first posting here.
A couple of days ago I posted links to a couple of pieces of electronic music in the "Music Cafe" forum. The title of the thread is "New member's first efforts".
It is still quite near the top. Unfortunately I can't post a link to the files because the spam filter will kill my post, so I must make do with this "indirect addressing".
Both of the songs were produced with energyXT V1.4. The one called "song2" is much the better of the two (IMHO); the other one was really just an exercise to get acquainted with energyXT.
I am extremely impressed with the program, and even moreso with the potential of version 2, which looks like it will solve all of the issues that I have with V1, making work flow smoother and more efficient.
I would be very interested to hear what you think of my music. Please don't be too abusive . . .
Daniel

A new tune that I took way too long to finish. Electronic Daisy Fields
I tried some new mastering tricks, probably didn't turn out so well as I have horrible cheap headphones for monitors.
It a very happy jolly piece just over 2 min all done with VST and about four drum samples in 1.4.
The gear is in a screenshot at the xt-user page (also where you can download it)
