sample file management (EXSC convert to Dimension/sfz)

I just converted an e-mu soundbank to sfz format using extreme sample converter. EXSC dumped all of the banks and .wav files into one folder. Does anyone know if EXSC can be configured to ask where the samples are to be stored? Is there any advantage to moving the wav files to a separate folder (which I guess would require a lot of editing of the .sfz programs to change the file location).

eh? i configured my esc to do it like this:

\program_name_wavs
program_name.sfz

check the program options under the "destination format" > more options... dialog.
