Ampeg 1.1 has been released. Same changes as for Amplitube2

*edit* I whished they would have included midicontrol in the standalone. Maybe 1.2?

The audio demo's at the IK site are a little extreme. Have you got any recordings, demo songs, you'd like to share? I'd like to hear what real talent can do with this plugin.

I see no reference to a v1.1 at the IK Multimedia or AmpegSVX sites. Can you please point me to a link.
Does this version still use the Syncrosoft dongle?

yes but on site the demo is dongle protected.

And is it a 1.1 demo? Something that has just been released doesn't mean the demo is updated at the same time - it's not unusual for there to be a slight lag - esp since this is not an "official" announcement but a heads up

anyone know what the procedure is on getting that first authorization removed for the same computer?

since the update removes the need for the dongle, you have to add a new authorization, therefore rendering the previous "authorization slot" for the same computer useless. would be nice to remove it in case I need all 4 authorizations.

same goes for Amplitube 2 update.

I think they made it up to four authorizations to cover for the used dongle key. (all other C/R has three)
But mail IK, I think they can help you out.

The update for Ampeg SVX is up. Standalone and NO DONGLE! Also a demo version is on line too. Enjoy!
