Well, I just finished -two- of my stupid devices.

The first is a bend of a Spongebob Squarepants voice box that is now on display at AxMan Surplus in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. If you're in the area, stop in, wander in the toy aisle and make some shitty noises.

It features pitch up and pitch down knobs. I have no sound recordings of this, but I do plan on making a version of it on stereoids for my own use.

The second is a bend of the Cheerleader body that I took the head off of to make my resistance box. She features buttons in her hands/feet and one on her chest - each one calls up a different 'Cheer. She has knobs for pitch up and down as well as a 1/4" output jack.

And at the moment, no head.

Are we going to build the Spongebob choir we talked about?
:hyper: :hyper: :hyper:

And, how are the guitars coming along? They're so bad they're cool...

I figured out way to get two of them in a nice little box, so my current idea is a 'Stereo Bob'. Now that my 50 knobs from China came in the mail, I can actually think about making it. :tu:

I haven't opened em yet, but I just got one of these and I assure you, it's annoying as hell.

no place to store anything, as I'm in a transitionary mode soon.

So unfortunately I can't. I have enough of my own electronic gee-gahs I have to toss.

Here's a good friend on mine testing bend points on his freshly acquired Bontempi keyboard. He says there's around 200 points already, but the work has only begun.

as you can hear, there's some brilliant IDM moments there (although quite work in progress still). I suspect this will be one helluva auto-IDM machine when he's finished cooking it.

Post

Yes  that bontempi clip!

I have a Casio MT-205 bending pending, sadly without the drum pads, and was wondering if someone knows what sort of signal was sent by those pads?
