Installation of formerly dongled products?

Assuming there might still be some IK retail boxes with installers that expect a dongle:
Would a dongle still be needed for the initial installation?
Or is there a way to register the product and jump straight to installing the dongle-less update?
TIA

I predict the correct response to be:
The new installers are stand alone, and thus, don't require a previous installation. So if you want to go dongleless, just start with the newest version.

But will you be able to get the new installer without being registered/authorized first?

You can register the program without installing it at IK's web. Then you can enter the User area and download the latest version, and authorise it.
