I've done some experimenting and it seems that XFade Looper can't really handle screensets. My Autoload starts with Screenset #1 and i normally flip through my array of layered windows without using the num pad to flip through screensets. It's once i hit '1' to reset my default screeset that the weird redraw issues start to take place.in the Meringue thread I wrote:XFade Looper:
It seems to mess up Logic's graphics to an extent, ie I have my windows layered in such a way that I can flip through most layouts without having to use screensets. One click takes me to the window I want to work in.
With XFade Looper installed it takes two clicks, sometimes three, I get a very quick flicker of "seethrough" windows. Not a very big deal but it makes you feel uncomfortable and gives the whole thing an unstable, arbitrary feel.
Logic Express 6, 10.3.9 Panther.
Varios changes in the XFade presets don't seem to help (disable constant redraw etc).
Note that the issue isn't with the XFade synth GUI itself, but the Logic one (as soon as I have XFade Loopsynth loaded and hit a screenset hotkey).
