I signed up last night, now I'm just trying to transfer my domain. I should at least have a temporary link for C3 that I can send out later today.Karmacomposer wrote:I'm on hostgator with two websites - it's awesome and inexpensive.

Okay, I just sent out the emails with a temporary link, if this link doesnt work right away, give it a few and try again. While my domain is switching over, access to the server might be affected every so often. But the link worked fine for me.
If you have not recieved an email for any reason and it's not in your junk box, let me know.
Thanks everyone for your patience!

Jack,
What can I say? It's incredibly easy to use, sounds great and looks fantastic. You have a clear winner here. I saw a groove box from Roland for $1200.00 USD that was not nearly as cool.
The only thing that would make this UNSTOPPABLE is preset grooves for easy dropdown use (for us preset whores).

Preset grooves would be great, but I'm not sure how possible it would be.

Glad I clicked on this thread...I see lots of familiar names with intelligent viewpoints, and a link to a bunch of synths and VSTs that I had kinda glanced at in passing, but then passed over...went to the bundle page...$80! Tried Subconscious, at random....oh dear.
..kicked the tires on Aethereal...wow...

I love the stuff you are doing, great sounds and interface, but my problem is that I am using ableton live, witch only shows the first 128 parameters. I tried cubix but I do not have access to start/stop button for exemple.
I cannot count on Ableton to fix that -they won't... ...they are the ones to blame!!!
...so the only thing possible is to reorder the parameters so the important ones (like sequencer control) are in the first 128 ones...
...anyway I would love to get your packs, like cerebrum 3.0 and all, any ableton live users out there? ...is the stat-stop parameter accessible?
..any way to use the PM plugs in ableton live?

Do you mean for assigning to a MIDI controller?waveriderarts wrote:I love the stuff you are doing, great sounds and interface, but my problem is that I am using ableton live, witch only shows the first 128 parameters. I tried cubix but I do not have access to start/stop button for exemple.

If so, play/stop is preassigned to MIDIcc 23.

I was talking about host automation of parameters.Jack R wrote: Do you mean for assigning to a MIDI controller?

I agree that using CC may be used as a workaround.
I just wanted you to realize that for Ableton live users you have to put important parameters in the 128 first, and I suggest you priorize control parameters like start-stop of the sequencers.
It is all about some stupid limitation of Ableton Live, and you did not seem aware of it.
Anyways usings CC's may work up to a point.

What I could do, is remove some parameters so they are not visible in the list. The list starts with the 'Bass', and lists every bass parameter including steps and accents, then the 'Global' controls like play . Maybe I could make the steps and accents non visible, that should make plenty of room for most parameters to show, it would also make it easier to find parameters without having to search through every control. Unless anyone objects, I'll put this on the to do list for the next update.waveriderarts wrote:I was talking about host automation of parameters.Jack R wrote: Do you mean for assigning to a MIDI controller?

...one of ableton's most unfortunate features.
