Supper's Ready -- Genesis
This song makes the fur on my back stand on end, even after all these years. Yes, I love self-indulgent prog rock. And it affects me deeply (which is one reason my sig says "unabashed romantic").
Current section: "Apocalypse in 9/8, co-starring the delicious talents of Gabble Ratchet."

This made me put it on too. I agree on all counts. I almost cried when I found a setlist from the Genesis concert I went to. It had Supper's Ready on it, but they didn't play it after all.Meffy wrote:Supper's Ready -- Genesis

Now listening to jazz; don't know who, can't recognize the song under the cleverness. But it's by golly jazz.
@Hovmod: It'll make it easier to clean up after the cats, that's for sure. I'm sanding off old polyurethane (and layers/decades of damage) so I can put down a few coats of a newer, tougher finish. Don't think I could handle a big rental drum sander, so I'm using a paw-held belt sander. Works okay but it's taking a LONG time. :-(
