Ambience: how to lock CPU usage while selecting presets

Hi

Is there a way to lock the CPU/Quality value while changing presets? If not it would be nice. Any thoughts appreciated.

Hi, there's no such facility I'm afraid...
In an upcoming version, if there is going to be one, maybe I will add this feature. Thanks for the suggestion!

Hi Magnus,

The other thing that might be worth making lockable is the wet/dry mix. If you have Ambience on a bus you want 100% wet so, when testing presets, it would be nice if you could audition them all with the current wet/dry setting.

Hi Magnus,

i also noticed a minor UI-related bug with the dry/wet sliders. Sometimes the marker of the dry-slider disappears and the wet-slider has two markers. After clicking on either of these slider the GUI is updated correctly.

Soundwise it's a superb reverb!

Yes...Wet/Dry..I forgot about that. Especially when using it as an insert plugin it would help if it didn't change with each preset and when using as a send it should default to Full Wet. Both of these would be better than the current constantly changing parameters.
