"Sample This!" e-book from BiTR any good?

I was looking at that too at one point. I know Simon Cann also wrote the free synth book in the sticky thread in the instruments section. He also wrote a new cakewalk book which i have not seen yet but would like to check out. And he wrote all the Manytone manuals on my hard drive which are very nice reading manuals.
I may check into this sample book again, at least i will watch this thread for now anyways.

perhaps, since it says it contains hundreds of tips, KVR could have a thread that contains the various techniques the talented userbase know of. easily get a hundred in, and could do some sampler specific ones too... actually this idea sounds carp.
