Two questions regarding REX files, since I have really no experience with them:
Does only ReCycle create REX files, or has some other software added the option?
And in terms of header data, does the REX file contain much more/less info than ACIDized loops?
And a third for good luck (and if the answer to question 2 is "not much"), can ACIDized loops be converted by one of the big sample converters into REX files?

Only ReCycle can create rex2 files. I think that some other apps can create the older rex and .rcy files, but I can't say which off the top of my head. rex 2 uses compression so a rex file is actually smaller than its source wav file.
