I'm not able to get any of the mod files either. Both IE and Firefox. I tried spacedad's method in firefox, but Firefox just saves a marker file, they don't actually read in any mod-opening app.saulc12 wrote:If you go to my site and luck on the page called stuff you can download a number of modules that feature some of those samples amongst others and you should be able to get the samples out using modplug or Awave...

I will check this, but there shouldn't be a problem as the mod files are definitely there, in the meantime, if you PM me with your e-mail address I can zip the mods up and send them to you on an e-mail attachment (I will filter out the one's that don't feature any samples from the MT 750).androidlove wrote:thanks, but i've clicked on many mod dl links and i get "The page cannot be found"saulc12 wrote:I used to have a few samples of casio MT-750 that I used in protracker modules on the amiga - so real lo-fi...

Maybe I should make them all avaioable in a single zip as the files are definitely there but the download link isn't even working for me and there is nothing I can see wrong in the html source either...shamann wrote:I'm not able to get any of the mod files either. The MT-500 was also my first keyboard. I hope you will get thoses samples and share them.grymmjack wrote:nice i put a bid on one of them. if i win, i'll sample the thing and put up the samples for download. i might be able to convince one of the people i've collabed with on in the past to do a vsti
i love cheezy oldschool stuff like this. it'd be fun to use again in a virtual studio configuration.
Perhaps I can do a VSTi with Synthedit if I have the samples....

pquenin; if i win the bid i'm all set to team up with atomsplitteraudio to create a VSTi version, including drumpads and stuff. it wont be a 1:1 matchup but slightly better/adapted to the computer
it will look MT-500ish though.

I will have to fix this when I get a chance and I will put up a single zip file.spacedad wrote:yes, having checked them properly, same here.shamann wrote:I'm not able to get any of the mod files either. Try this link:
http://www.simple-media.co.uk/stuff/files/oldptmods.zip
This should be downloadable in which case the following mods include samples taken from mt 750:
Ark, Casio, Epitaph, Frost, Halogen, Holiday, Lore, Loxley, Pianola, Salsa, Satin, Temples, United, Waltzer and When...
Hope its useful...
