I'm playing with the new version now, but I'm still unable to render properly. It either outputs nothing, or the selected chunk of the waveform at 1x speed.
Anyone have any tips on how to get the rendering working properly?
Thanks,

I fixed it by going back to the older version
hmm...I was having this problem with the original version as well. The rendering behavior is exactly the same on both.
Can you walk me through how you've managed to sucessfully render?
Thanks,

well to be honest im not sure how possible it would be?
might take to much processing to be useful live?
ps i wonder if something similar would be possible in reaktor...
obviously with not quite as extreme time stretching i imagine, but could be fun

if you can trigger that from a host with notes you can choose from your midikeyboard, and assign all the same controls to every channel (eg. attributes page per channel) then I'll take it. Also separate outputs
Extremely nice stuff anyway

Good news:
I ported paulstretch to audacity and I put the source code of the patch here:
http://hypermammut.sourceforge.net/paul ... _audacity/
If you want to get paulstretch in the official distribution (i.e. you are not a developer who is able to compile it, and want to use it), please write here to the audacity developers:
http://audacityteam.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=2457
Using paulstretch in audacity, lets you to resize only certain portions of the audio like this (original).
