is a prog that lets you arrange samples of the "natural" world - rain, bugs, birds, etc. it's competitor (environments5?) is higher quality. when i went to uninstall a south park game(a while back), the environment program uninstalled instead. (i think it's a glitch in "control panel>add/remove programs". is that not a buggy app for you too?)
i've had no luck searching for it. i'd sure like to have it again

I think you clicked on the wrong item. Maybe the software list wasn't completed building up yet, so you clicked while it was moving. But still, it was you that also clicked "continue", so...
