Squids - can you remind me what the Infinite Instrument series is?

I'm sure it's something I should have read before, but I've seen it in a couple of posts in the last week and it's not ringing any bells with me.

I'm sure if you're putting it out and you're using the word "Infinite" it must be pretty big.

It's not big just to be BIG like some companies do but it is big because we sampled a lot of instruments with more nuances in dynamics and tibral variation so we'll be releasing various Infinite Drum titles, Infnite Guitars and perhaps more (only the drums were announced). The drums have taken a slight back seat to Ocean Way Drums though because... well, I've been sampling these drums for over 5 years now and I can keep going but getting Ocean Way with these guys blowing off MAJOR artists just to be able to give SR the ability to offer EVERYONE the samples (at least everyone that can afford it, it's a bit on the higher end of the price points)... well these are once in a lifetime opportunities that I don't want to miss for my benefit and yours. So, we'll have it all! It's mostly in Kontakt 2 format but could be in others as well (both Ocean Way and Infinite).

By the way, you asked earlier about I-Map and V-Drums. Ocean Way will have maps for both.

does anyone know where all the SR/IK videos are from namm? i tried the ocean way video on sonic state and it's like the only one on their site that wont play for me for some reason. im also guessing that ik will probably put up videos in the next few weeks of all the top players that came by to jam this year.

The Sonic State one was pretty good. I also did one for Craig Anderton and Harmony Central. But they take time because he does a lot of them.

I have noticed for a while now that a search for "tron" at eSoundz brings up a link to the Tron2 page. I was about to purchase this but as the link seems to be only available via a search (as far as I could tell) and so many others have inquired about when it will be available, I thought that I likely just stumbled into a part of the eSoundz site that was just waiting to "go live?" I also noticed that Squids is is a gentleman with a clever and occasionally mischievous personality... so perhaps he is just waiting for someone to find the Easter Egg?

P.S. Love hearing all the inside dope about the Genesis guys. No other musical artists have given me so much rich and diverse sonic enjoyment for so many years.

After 3 seconds of careful consideration, mulling over each option in a 3 dimensional decision matrix with full rhetorical weighting and proving with geometric logic that there was a duplicate key to the strawberry locker, I say....YES

Very very disappointing news about StudioPhonik, but not unexpected given the 2-year+ delay since the original announcement.

Why not release a "base" version with less material and then upgrade capsules to complete the band?
