im wondering if anyone knows where i can find the most cliche'd 80s pop sounds like the pewww pewww laser or the similar sounding toms? i'm pretty sure they came from the dx-7. any small little sample libraries just for these sounds? any free synths that mimic the sounds? i know this has been posted before but darn the search is down and it's rough out here

gtg has synth on his page that he describes as "kraftwerk" like - it will do what you ask!

thanks... took it for a quick spin and it can one of the laser sounds i'm looking for - that quick zippy one. still looking for those the bigger synth peww peww sound. but this one's great for sure!

You might be after some 80s Simmons drum sounds , specifically the toms ....
