I have tried and tried but Im not at all good with sound design. Any of you pros know how to achieve this???

Well in Massive the easiest way would be to use unison. Just use the default saw oscillator, go into the voicing page, dial in your unisono voices (4 or more I'd say). Then click 'pitch cutoff' to the on position, move it slightly to the left - or more for more detuned sound. Then click 'pan position' to the on position and there you go!

Of course this will eat CPU like crazy...

...same applies for the FM8 - select a sawtooth as the waveform, go to the Master section, raise the voices for polyphony and unison and play with the detune slider...

On the FM8 you can have a Saw for every operator makes 6x Saw per Voice...
A formant is a preferred resonating frequency of any acoustical system.

Yes, I guess you could do that for Massive too - use all three of its oscs as detuned saws. This way you'd probably need to use less unison voices which would save cpu.

The best way to get a hypersaw is to hire a carpenter and offer him lots of very strong coffee.

Unison doesn't give that raw Supersaw sound. Just use lot's of detuned saws. :-o

I'm just saying, nothing can beat the results of a true pro. You know, someone with experience. Someone who knows the drill.
