Smoker's Delight is an outstanding sample library. Top notch stuff in there. I need to get Relight as well. Kind of expensive, though.

I love Equipped (Elab). I don't have smokers relight, but they have 3 disks (Breakbeat Jazz, Loungin House, and Nu Jazz) which are great for stylus rmx. They are all rex files of 'groove elements' (example: one loop has just the kick drum, another loop has just hi hats). They aren't cheap, but they are great and there is a lot on each disk.
My favorite sample libraries (I bring all beats thru stylus so they are all rex):
Stylus RMX and ALL the expansion packs (spectrasonics and ilio)
The 3 elab disks mentioned above
Abstrakt Breaks by soniccouture
Tool Shed Percussion
And I just got Electro Magnetic Fury on a whim. Seems good so far, but not a lot of 'groove elements'.
